I’m an east-coaster, born and raised just north of NYC. As the last of seven kids my mom would often plop me down in front of the tv and let the tv do the baby sitting - a true television baby of the ‘70s. Could be why I’m such a visual person. That, and the monthly delivery of Nation Geographic - a monthly photography masterclass at a very young age.

From an early interest in photography, to a professional acting work, and on into film work, creating images and telling stories has been a big part of my life.

I love to travel - new landscapes, new cities, new faces, new food. Wandering the world the world with a camera, at home or abroad, is a engaging way move through the world. Dorothea Lange said “The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.” Slowly, I hope, I’m learning how to see.
